Panther? Could this possibly be a Rock Island State Park Panther? Since being ordained a Tennessee citizen, way back in 1976 I have heard the stories about panthers that lurk in the mountains. This was sighted right out our back door when we checked in at the park. Should I have listened to Lou and not risked our life and limb by checking in after dark in a place where waterfalls emerge from cliffs, but have no visible river?
