The arch is man made for old logging trains. Note the size or the tunnel compared to the lady standing in it. Also notice the notch in the top of the tunnel. That is so the smoke stack of the train could clear the top.

While visiting the park, there is a waterfalls behind the photographer and a cascade in the park behind the lady.
