Big Falls321 viewsMount Hardy Falls is measured at over 100 ft and even though it was a dry spell still had pretty good water.

This is a MST trail falls and is not hard to get to but, has some laurels and of course slick rocks.

Hiker photo334 viewsIf it were not for a graduated neutral density filter this photo would be a white out. I am a hiker that takes photos.

Almost Top302 viewsIf one looks very carefully there is another top part of Toms Creek Falls in thelaurel bushes.

This makes Toms Creek Falls measure more than 100 ft tall.

Top Of Lower Falls317 viewsBecause of dry weather this photo was possible, looking down to the bowl shaped gorge.

Downstream from Brogden323 viewsWe found this little bonus just down stream fro Brogden Creek Falls.

Water Cave373 viewsSteele Creek goes under this big rock, forming a foam whirlpool.

Views from this vantage point are the reason I give Steel reek Falls a *** rating. Note the rope on the rock. This is a very slick area so use the rope to hold on.

This little area can definitely clean your family gene pool.

Fizzz365 viewsThis one is on Mineral Creek. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, just South of Craggy Gardens, along Stony Fork Road

Photo perfect, cloudy day. Picnic right beside the creek with BJ after which we sat off up the creek. All these cascades and a beautiful falls are easily accessible for even a novice hiker.

Beware The Serpent608 viewsPanthertowns portal to the upper falls of Panthertown Creek is guarded by this Rock Serpent.

Legend has it that those who litter here should have the serpent to fear.(I just made that legend up)

Lower Panthertown Creek Falls358 viewsThe hike to the lower falls is pretty easy until the turn off below The Great Wall, then there is nothing that can be called a trail, just a few faded ribbons and a few clips.

This 0.2 mile bushwhack through a recent controlled burn I would rate difficult for those not accustomed to Bushwhacking.
