Biggest In The East1535 viewsI think even the Outer Banks of North Carolina claims to have the highest waterfalls East of the Mississippi but, take this one serious. Yeah, when you stretch it out a lot is horizontal I suppose but, this has white water from 1200 feet up.

Falls 1A1529 views Falls 1-6 are located on Clinch River State road 627 downstream from Spears Ferry or US 23. None appear to be wet weather falls and one measured more than 150 ft.
This is where you take the old folks, like me, and they do not even leave the car to see the falls.
There are several more small falls we did not take the time to stop and photograph, maybe next time.

Brush1528 viewsI will try for something better in the Fall after the leaves but, this falls is about 10 ft. high.
Could not get a clean shot to measure with the laser.

Little Stony Middle-11525 viewsThe middle falls at Little Stony is not as photogenic as the upper and lower but, by itself, would be worthy of the hike.

Splits Me Up1522 viewsThe upper split is caused by a rock splitting the stream. The bottom split is caused by the water bouncing off another rock.
